Account Manager Wanted – Central, PA (Inter-Mark Sales)
|
Inter-Mark is a non-food sales and marketing organization in the hospitality industry growing our manufacturer’s market share by creating demand in the marketplace while providing unsurpassed customer service.

The Role:
We are looking for a sales professional to maintain and grow relationships with our manufacturers, the end user, and our distributor partners, selling equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry. You will work closely with end users to provide them with the perfect product solutions. You will need to be proactive and tenacious in attaining new business and must possess strong organizational, negotiation and influencing skills. You will play a pivotal role in covering territory of Western PA and surrounding areas. You must reside in the territory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling appointments, meeting new customers in order to review products and to determine other opportunities
    • Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically on a daily basis by calling on restaurants, hotels, casinos, schools, and healthcare facilities. 
    • Professional presentation of company products
    • Attending conferences and trade shows
    • Organizing joint sales calls and attending them with vendors
    • Preparing reports for sales and maintaining expense reports
    • Performing updating and maintenance of accounts of customers including contact name and numbers
    • Providing product quotes to distributors
    • Ensuring follow up on leads
    • Liaising between the manufacturer, distributor and end user on pricing, service and new products
    • Continuously updating customers on product modifications, changes
Skills and Specifications:
    • Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
    • Special people skills to deal with customers
    • Strong communication skills in writing and verbal
    • Good team player and should work well under pressure
Education and Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in sales or marketing
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
